In my yoga classes and private yoga lessons I hold a friendly, lighthearted space for people to experience the loveliness and truth in their bodies and selves, exactly as they are. I'm a firm believer that there is no one way to practice a pose, so I give plenty of room for you to explore what feels right for you and ask questions.
Forget the notion that you have to be young and bendy to practice yoga. Any body doing yoga is a "yoga body!"
Mindfulness and yoga philosophy are integrated into my self care coaching approach, and I provide brief, digestible yoga videos and meditation audio recordings to support my clients' individual needs.
