I'm Emily Burrows and I teach self care and yoga to big-hearted people. I help folks who have years of practice nurturing everyone around them while being really tough on themselves build their self compassion muscle and make peace with their body.

I've studied health behavior for 15+ years, but more importantly, I know what it's like to be so stressed by busy-ness that hearing the phone ring makes you want to cry. I know the pain of decades of struggle with body image, food, and exercise. Self care and yoga are most transformative when they're weight-inclusive and compassionate.

 

Commiting to strong self care has helped my clients live with more joy and less stress, on and beyond the yoga mat. You can do it, too.
