Gentle yoga this June
After what feels like weeks upon weeks of rain, the sun has finally emerged here in Chapel Hill. The past few days have been beautiful, balmy, and nearly 90 degrees, and after being in a bit of a funk, the lure of light is irresistible. My yoga mat has a few bits of fresh bark ground into it from practicing on the porch, and I’ve got a funny tan on my lower legs from wearing my capris for meditation in the sun. In honor of one of my favorite outdoor yoga seasons, I’m offering a couple of extra classes this June (outdoors, indoors, and online). I hope you’ll join me! Yoga Basics Online Online, starting June 1 We kick off this yoga program for beginners as a group on June 1, but take as long as you like to complete and/or repeat it, since you keep access to all pieces of the online program. I’ll teach gentle yoga practices to help you get grounded and calm in very little time.
